We will work together to create a practice that will help you reach your goals and get the most out of your time on the mat. Plus, you get to practice in the comfort of your own home By the end of this 4-week yoga & wellness coaching session, you will have gained a solid foundation in yoga asanas, breathing techniques, and mindfulness meditation. They will also have a set of practices to continue at home, fostering ongoing well-being and self-care.
Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully! If you cannot make a session, please cancel at least 24 hours before in advance. **Group sessions - NON-Refundable ** **1 on 1 clients:** You must cancel at least 48 hours before your sessions, or you will be charged a $ 50 late cancellation fee. **Private Parties:** Cancellation within 1 week, receives refund of 25% of deposit Cancellation within 24 hours NON-REFUNDABLE **Corporate/Organizational Wellness:** NON-REFUNDABLE Please call to discuss possible makeup date.
