Whether you're just getting started or want to take your practice deeper, this package is an all-in-one solution for customizing your yoga practice. By the end of this 8-week yoga & wellness coaching session, you will have gained a solid foundation in yoga asanas, breathing techniques, and mindfulness meditation. They will also have a set of practices to continue at home, fostering ongoing well-being and self-care.
Cancellation Policy
