Trail & Flow is a guided outdoor experience that combines a relaxed trail walk with a gentle yoga flow in nature. Designed for all experience levels, this event is about slowing down, enjoying the outdoors, and making time for yourself.
Whether you come alone or with a friend, you'll be welcomed into a supportive and laid-back environment where you can move at your own pace and simply enjoy the experience.
What to Expect

What to Bring
• Yoga mat or large towel
• Water bottle
• Comfortable walking shoes
• Weather-appropriate clothing/ Hat
• Sunscreen and bug spray (optional)

Sunday, July 12 - At Lone Wolf Trail: Please note, this trail is a bit steep and very rocky

Important Times:
7:30am: Meeting time (we will start & end on time)
8:00am: Walk begins
9:30am: Gentle Yoga
10:00am: Departure
