Our Yoga Bliss Bundles allows you to enjoy personalized instruction tailored to your individual needs, with a focus on breathwork, alignment and strength. We will work together to create a practice that will help you reach your goals and get the most out of your time on the mat. Plus, you get to practice in the comfort of your own home. By the end of these sessions, you will have gained a solid foundation in yoga asanas, breathing techniques, and mindfulness meditation. They will also have a set of practices to continue at home, fostering ongoing well-being and self-care.
Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully! If you cannot make a session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. **Massage clients** - You must cancel within 24 hours of scheduled appointment or you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $50 **Group sessions** - NON-Refundable **1 on 1 clients:** You must cancel at least 48 hours before your sessions, or you will be charged a $ 50 late cancellation fee. **Corporate/Organizational Wellness:** NON-REFUNDABLE Please call to discuss possible makeup date.
