About the event

Sound & Stillness is a collaborative wellness experience created to help you slow down, release what you’re carrying, and reconnect with yourself through sound and energy work.

This evening will be a blend of a grounding Reiki experience led by Expressions 4 U, and restorative sound healing session hosted by South City Sound.

Through vibration, meditation, and intentional energy work, you’ll be guided into a deeper state of relaxation and presence. This is an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life and create space for rest, reflection, and restoration.

No previous experience with Reiki, meditation, or sound healing is needed. Whether this is your first experience or part of your wellness practice, you are welcome here.

*Reiki energy healing with Expressions 4 U (Sayge)

  • Yoga mat or comfortable seating option

What is a sound healing session?

Sound healing is a restorative practice that uses vibrations and sound frequencies to support relaxation, mindfulness, and deep rest. You’ll be guided through an intentional experience using sound as a tool for slowing down and reconnecting.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle energy-based practice focused on relaxation, balance, and creating space for restoration. During the session, you may receive hands-on or hands-off energy work depending on your comfort level.

Do I need experience with Reiki, meditation, or sound healing?

No experience is required. Whether this is your first time exploring these practices or something already familiar to you, you are welcome.

What should I bring?

We recommend bringing:

  • Yoga mat

  • Blanket

  • Pillow (optional)

  • Water bottle

  • Anything that helps you feel comfortable and relaxed

What can I expect during the experience?

You can expect a calming evening designed to help you slow down and release stress. The experience will include Reiki energy work led by Expressions 4 U, followed by a sound healing session with South City Sound.

Will I have to participate or share anything?

Participation is always based on your comfort level. You are invited to receive, relax, and experience the evening in whatever way feels supportive for you.

Can I attend if I’m new to wellness practices?

Absolutely. This experience was created for anyone looking for a moment of rest, reflection, and reconnection.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax. Think cozy, layered, and comfortable.

Can I come alone?

Yes. Many guests attend wellness experiences on their own. You’ll be welcomed into a supportive environment where you can relax and connect.

Is there anything I should know before attending?

Sound healing and Reiki are wellness practices intended to support relaxation and mindfulness. They are not a replacement for medical treatment or professional healthcare.

What is the refund policy?

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting Expressions 4 U before the event.

Will photos or videos be taken?

Yes. Photos and videos may be captured during the event and may be used by Expressions 4 U and South City Sound for future marketing and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know when you arrive.
