Move gently. Breathe deeply. Feel like yourself again.

Description

Embodied Flow is a 4-week, nervous-system-focused yoga series for women who carry a lot — mentally, emotionally, and physically — and want movement that feels supportive, not overwhelming. This series is designed to help you build a consistent relationship with your body, calm your nervous system, and return to movement without pressure, performance, or burnout. Each week, you’ll be guided through intentionally paced, beginner-friendly practices that blend gentle Hatha and slow, embodied flow. Breathwork, grounding, and regulation are woven throughout — so you’re not just stretching or strengthening, you’re learning how to feel safer and more present in your body. Embodied Flow is not about pushing harder or “doing more.” It’s about showing up regularly, moving with awareness, and allowing your body to lead — even on busy or heavy weeks. Rather than relying on motivation, the series offers structure, repetition, and support so consistency can happen naturally.
