Embodied Flow is a 4-week yoga series designed for busy women who carry a lot — schedules, households, emotions, and everyone else’s needs. This program helps you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and build a simple, consistent movement routine you can actually sustain. Each week, you’ll practice a gentle hybrid of Hatha and Vinyasa focused on stress relief, mobility, and nervous-system support. Classes are beginner-friendly, paced intentionally, and structured to build from week to week — so you’re not just “taking a class,” you’re creating a rhythm. You’ll receive live classes, replays if you miss, options and modifications, and the opportunity to be supported inside a smaller community space rather than a drop-in studio environment. Tier options are available for accountability, additional support, and personal guidance. This is not a drop-in class. It’s a commitment to yourself, your body, and your well-being — one week at a time.
