Description
Stretch therapy is a guided, assisted stretching session designed to help release tension, improve flexibility, and support healthy range of motion in the body. Each session is customized to your unique mobility, comfort level, and goals. During your session, you’ll be supported through gentle stretches while focusing on breath and relaxation. We may use both passive stretching and light movement to help lengthen tight muscles, reduce stiffness, and encourage ease in the body. Stretch therapy is ideal for anyone who feels tight, sits for long periods, experiences soreness after exercise, or simply wants to move more freely. Sessions are always done at your pace — stretches should never feel painful — and your comfort and consent are honored throughout
